Shipping
All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. You can place your order at any time and it will ship at the earliest possible date. Orders ship Monday – Thursday most weeks, depending on transit time and holiday schedules.
Pioneer Meats products are shipped frozen in insulated packaging with enough dry ice to keep them frozen right to your door. Dry ice sublimates (turns to gas) and may not be present when you receive your package. However, due to potential delays or package handling issues, product may be partially thawed. Please contact our customer service department at customerservice@pioneermeats.com to assist with product quality assessment.
You will be responsible for ensuring your order is moved to frozen or refrigerated storage on the day of delivery.

FREE SHIPPING on orders of 10 lbs of product and up!
To preserve quality, all packages must be placed into a freezer or refrigerator promptly upon delivery. You will receive an email confirmation with the FedEx tracking number within 24 hours of the time your order ships.
Shipping Policy
While there are many things we do to mitigate the risk of shipping frozen food around the country, there are unfortunately some things outside of our control like the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of FedEx. As such, the shipping guidelines published on this website are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date.
Pioneer Meats is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.
Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email. If you need to modify the delivery address once your order has shipped please contact us at customerservice@pioneermeats.com. If an address modification is requested, FedEx requires one business day to process the change, which may delay the package. Pioneer Meats is not responsible for delays in transit caused by address modification.
All packages are shipped via FedEx and therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. ORDERS LIMITED TO 50 BAGS TOTAL.
Return Policy
All items are final sale. If an item arrives damaged or spoiled, our Customer Service team will work with you to determine an appropriate solution. Please reach out to our team at customerservice@pioneermeats.com to resolve the issue. We request that you include your order number as well as details and photos of the damage or defect.
