Cooking Instructions

Grill

Grill Pig Wings® 15 - 20 minutes turning frequently, Allow to stand 2-3 minutes prior to serving.

Conventional Oven

Arrange Big Wings to form a single layer on a baking sheet uncovered for 15 minutes. Flip Big Wings and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown or desired color is reached.

Fryer

Preheat oil to 360° F. From thaw, fry Big Wings for 6-8 minutes. Lift fry basket of Big Wings from fryer and allow to stand for 1 minute. Place Big Wings back in fryer for an additional 6-8 minutes until golden brown or desired color is reached.
